Can you build a house on rustic land?

Navarre allows a new house on rustic land only where the town plan provides for it, on at least 1 ha.

The national urban information system (SIU) maps the land class for 100% of the municipality.

Only the town hall can confirm it, in writing: ask for a certificado urbanístico.

IGME records 16 wells and boreholes in Valle de Yerri / Deierri. Half of the 16 with a depth found water at 173–308 m.

Ground: 63% karstic or fissured aquifer, high productivity; 31% low permeability, local groundwater only.
