Can you build a house on rustic land?

Only the town hall can confirm it, in writing: ask for a certificado urbanístico.

Is there water?

IGME records 29 wells and boreholes in Callosa d'en Sarrià. Half of the 27 with a depth found water at 60–250 m. 10 springs are recorded.

Ground: 47% practically impermeable; 26% low permeability, local groundwater only; 22% karstic or fissured aquifer, high productivity.
