Can you build a house on rustic land?

The Valencian Community requires at least 1 ha for a new house on rustic land.

The national urban information system (SIU) maps the land class for 100% of the municipality.

Only the town hall can confirm it, in writing: ask for a certificado urbanístico.

Is there water?

IGME records 33 wells and boreholes in Aspe. Half of the 33 with a depth found water at 60–180 m. One spring is recorded.

Ground: 55% porous aquifer, medium productivity; 17% low permeability, local groundwater only; 15% karstic or fissured aquifer, medium productivity; 8.9% practically impermeable.
