IGME records 24 wells and boreholes in la Torre de les Maçanes / Torremanzanas. Half of the 21 with a depth found water at 56–180 m. 28 springs are recorded.

Ground: 50% porous aquifer, medium productivity; 31% low permeability, local groundwater only; 19% karstic or fissured aquifer, medium productivity.

What to watch for

• No mapped fire since 2016.
• No mapped flood zone (only studied rivers are mapped).
• Not a radon zone.
• Basic seismic acceleration 0.08 g: new buildings need seismic design.
