Can you build a house on rustic land?

Andalucía requires at least 2.5 ha for a new house on rustic land.

Other cases: 5 ha on forest land.

IGME records 191 wells and boreholes in Pechina. Half of the 189 with a depth found water at 21–50 m. Measured yields (5): 10–30 L/s, the middle half. 2 springs are recorded.

Ground: 33% practically impermeable; 30% low permeability, local groundwater only; 19% porous aquifer, high productivity; 10% porous aquifer, medium productivity; 7.9% karstic or fissured aquifer, high productivity.
