Can you build a house on rustic land?

The Valencian Community requires at least 1 ha for a new house on rustic land.

IGME records 59 wells and boreholes in Requena. Half of the 57 with a depth found water at 11–170 m. 47 springs are recorded.

Ground: 46% porous aquifer, medium productivity; 22% low permeability, local groundwater only; 15% karstic or fissured aquifer, medium productivity; 10% practically impermeable; 5.3% porous aquifer, high productivity.
