Can you build a house on rustic land?

Asturias allows a new house on rustic land only where the town plan provides for it.

The national urban information system (SIU) maps the land class for 100% of the municipality.

Only the town hall can confirm it, in writing: ask for a certificado urbanístico.

IGME records 22 wells and boreholes in San Martín del Rey Aurelio. Half of the 16 with a depth found water at 15–20 m. Measured yields (3): 86–90 L/s, the middle half. 28 springs are recorded.
